Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Postroom ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Postroom platform and services.

By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Postroom is a content creation platform that helps users generate, organize, and refine content ideas for social media platforms including LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and others. Our service includes AI-powered content ideation, style analysis, content calendaring, and drafting assistance.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use our services.

Subscriptions and Payments

Free and Paid Plans

Postroom offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans include limited features, while paid plans ("Postroom Plus") provide access to additional features and increased usage limits.

Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months.

User Content

Ownership

You retain all rights to content you create using Postroom. We do not claim ownership of your content ideas, drafts, or published posts.

License to Us

By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. This includes using AI to generate suggestions based on your inputs.

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish. While Postroom provides AI-generated suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of any content before publishing.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Postroom to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create content that is defamatory, obscene, or harmful
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute spam, malware, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated means to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

AI-Generated Content

Postroom uses artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated suggestions are provided as starting points and may require editing
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI suggestions
• Similar suggestions may be provided to other users

Intellectual Property

The Postroom service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Postroom and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTROOM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Postroom and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

Changes to Terms
